UniNet is a service provided by Universal Avionics (“Universal”) for use by Universal customers. This Agreement details your responsibilities as a user of this service.

By logging in to this website, you hereby acknowledge and agree to this Agreement, Universal’s Website Terms of Use , Privacy Policy and End User License Agreements (EULA) for services offered by Universal Avionics, its affiliates, and assignees as described herein.

Export

United States export control laws regulate the export and re-export of technology originating in the United States. This includes the electronic transmission of information and software to foreign countries and to certain foreign nationals. You agree to abide by these laws and their regulations - including but not limited to the Export Administration Act and the Arms Export Control Act and not to transfer, by electronic transmission or otherwise, any Content derived from Universal to either a foreign national or a foreign destination in violation of such laws. You agree to defend and indemnify Universal for any and all penalties, fines or sanctions that may be imposed by any government agency that are attributable to your violation of applicable laws or statutes.

Your Account

UniNet requires you to open an account. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information you hold for your account, including your password, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account as a result of your failing to keep this information secure and confidential. You agree to notify Universal immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security. You may be held liable for losses incurred by Universal as a result of your failing to keep your account information secure and confidential.

You may not use anyone else’s UniNet password or account at any time without the express permission and consent of the holder of that UniNet password or account. Universal cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations
