The RMA Process

1. Getting Started

   For new requests, register for a guest Account or Login to your UniNet account.

2. Complete Request

   Complete the online RMA request form.

3. Ship the Part

   Print the completed RMA Form and include it in the return shipment. Write the RMA number in on the outside of the box and mail to the Universal Avionics address listed on the RMS Form.
